Alliance Logistics reports record inquiry volumes for breakbulk and project cargo on the Middle Corridor as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan run large infrastructure and energy programmes in parallel. Booking lead times for specialized equipment already extend into 2027. Cargo includes 60–80 m wind blades, multi-hundred-tonne modules, power equipment and mining machinery. Moving it needs route surveys, multi-country permits and Caspian ferry fit — not a standard container booking. Project owners delivering in 2026–2027 should lock partners and ferry windows early.
