UTY: new rate coefficients via Syrdaryo and on Syrdaryo–Bekobod transit until end-2026

KTZ Freight Transportation, in letter No. GP/2073-I of 7 October 2026, announced amendments No. 77–81 to the CIS Railways Tariff Policy for the 2026 freight year concerning Uzbekistan Railways (UTY). RailAgent published the text.

From 15 October to 31 December 2026, distance-based coefficients apply to Tariff Policy rates for exports via Syrdaryo-exp. (except Kokand division stations): for wagonload cargo from 1.60 at 0–200 km down to 1.10 at 501 km and more, for containers from 1.50 to 1.10. A similar scale applies to imports via Syrdaryo-exp.: wagons from 1.60 at 101–200 km to 1.10 at 501 km and more, containers from 1.50 to 1.10.

From 30 October to 31 December 2026, the Syrdaryo-exp.–Bekobod-exp. transit section in both directions has coefficients of 1.70 for wagonload cargo, 1.65 for listed petroleum and chemical HS positions in tank cars and hopper gondolas, and 1.50 for container moves.

For Gateway Logistics shipments in wagons, containers and on container flatcars from China and Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, these terms feed into Q4 rate calculations.
