The 29th Kazakhstan International Transport and Logistics Exhibition, TransLogistica Kazakhstan 2026, is under way in Astana, Kazakhstanskaya Pravda reported on 15 October 2026. The EXPO halls, 12,000 m² in total, host 230 companies from 20 countries: 101 from Kazakhstan and 129 from abroad. The business programme includes the 3rd BreakBulk Kazakhstan conference on oversized cargo and a panel on "Central Asia: a new logistics hub".

A project manager at Turkey’s Gürkan Nakliyat, which specialises in oversized project moves from Europe to Kazakhstan and Central Asia via Turkey, described its complex multimodal routes. The company moves heavy and oversized equipment such as sections of Komatsu PC-2000 and PC-3000 mining excavators and large industrial furnace parts. The pattern: a chartered vessel from Spain or Germany to Turkish ports, then the company’s own trucks to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

On the road OOG leg along the Turkey — Georgia — Azerbaijan — Caspian — Kazakhstan corridor, such cargo means special permits in every transit country, a route survey and a lowbed matched to the unit’s weight and dimensions. Gateway Logistics’ 45 t / 5-axle and 90 t / 10-axle lowbeds are built for indivisible loads of this class.
