In Kazakhstan, HAREKET carried out an operation with two heat exchangers at the manufacturing facility, Heavy Lift News reported on 26 October 2026. The loads, the heaviest weighing 185 t, were lifted with an Enerpac SBL900 hydraulic gantry, loaded onto a trailer and placed inside a heat treatment furnace through a controlled gantry operation.
After heat treatment was completed and further components were added, the heat exchangers weighed up to 232 t. They were reloaded onto the trailer with the gantry system and set in their final positions.
The work took place in a confined space. Safety was ensured through comprehensive risk assessments, load alignment analyses and centre of gravity calculations.
For Gateway Logistics this is a reference point for heavy factory-built equipment in Kazakhstan: collection from the manufacturing plant, route surveys, heavy and oversized transport permits, 45 t / 5-axle and 90 t / 10-axle lowbeds, and delivery to site, including onward routes to Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
