Batumi GIMF 2026: where seas meet corridors

On 7–8 September 2026 Batumi hosts GIMF 2026 (“Where Seas Meet Corridors”) under Georgia’s Maritime Transport Agency. Open briefings (Imedi, 6 Sep; maritimegeorgia.ge) put the Middle Corridor, port development and an Anaklia Deep Sea Port presentation on the agenda. For OOG/project cargo: Black Sea exits remain the choke after the Caspian — Poti/Batumi capacity is tight while deep-water capacity is still under construction.
